You need VB5+ to run sources. You need all necessary runtime DLL's if you download the EXE's without installation routines.

VBasic info

Visual Basic is an object oriented and event-driven Windows programming language. Object oriented means that you create some sort of extended type in which you can put subs too. These are then called properties and methods and included in class files. Event-driven means that you don't code linear but you would react to a certain user input.

WebCol 

WebCol is a small freeware tool if you do webpages and set the color values with a text editor. You can convert between CSS rgb, HTML hex color and name definitions.

WebMap 

With WebMap you can easily create client-side image-maps for a webpage. Just Drag & Drop a pic, switch between three shape-tools to define clickable areas, and save the map into the HTML-file which contains the image reference.
